Third-party ownership
Grand Theft Auto, GTA, GTA VI, Rockstar Games, related game content, characters, logos, and other protected material belong to their respective rights holders. Leonida Collection does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
The store operator has stated that commercial permission has been obtained for the designs. This notice is not the license itself and does not independently verify its scope. No claim of official status, endorsement, or affiliation is made unless expressly authorized by the applicable agreement.
Permission & permitted use
Only content covered by valid commercial rights should be offered for sale or used in advertising. The relevant agreements must cover the specific artwork and branding, apparel reproduction, supplier fulfillment, marketing, sales territories, and duration as applicable.
Artwork created with AI, described as fan art, or accompanied by a credit or disclaimer is not automatically cleared for commercial use. A disclaimer cannot substitute for required permission. Visitors receive no reproduction or resale rights merely by viewing or purchasing a shirt.
Rights-holder concerns
Rights holders may contact the store with the affected product or page URL, identification of the protected work or mark, the basis for the concern, and a reply contact. A functioning rights-holder contact must be added before launch.
We will review concerns in good faith, seek supporting information as appropriate, and restrict or remove content where warranted. This contact process is not presented as a registered DMCA-agent service or a guarantee of safe-harbor protection.
