Purchase terms, pricing, product information, consumer protections, and website use for Leonida Collection.

Seller & scope
These draft terms concern the Leonida Collection storefront operated from Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, United States. The legal seller identity, full mailing address, and contact details must be added before selling begins.
No orders are being invited by these draft terms. Final purchase terms must be available before payment. Shopify provides checkout technology and Printful is the planned fulfillment partner; the seller remains responsible for its obligations to customers.
Products, prices & orders
Review the product description, garment specifications, size chart, selected variant, currency, shipping charges, taxes, and total before purchasing. Preview images may differ from the finished garment; material product differences must not be misrepresented.
Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. If an error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and seek your agreement or arrange cancellation and refund as required by law. These terms do not authorize arbitrary changes to an accepted order.
The final order-acceptance process will be disclosed at checkout. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and provide any refund required by applicable law.
Shipping, cancellations & returns
Our shipping and returns policies form part of the purchase information presented before ordering. Mandatory local consumer rights take precedence over conflicting provisions. Print-on-demand production does not automatically eliminate withdrawal rights.
Website use & intellectual property
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, commit fraud, or copy or redistribute protected content without authorization. Third-party intellectual property remains owned by its respective rights holders. See the intellectual-property notice for more information.
Nothing on this site grants visitors a license to reproduce artwork, logos, character likenesses, or other protected material for commercial use.
Liability & consumer rights
We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections and liability for fraud or other non-excludable conduct. No statement in these terms makes the store immune from claims.
Applicable law determines responsibility for loss and available remedies. These draft terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a requirement to waive statutory rights.
Disputes & changes
Contact the seller first so we can try to resolve an issue. Any final choice of law or forum must be reviewed for the destinations served and must not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or legally available courts.
Updated terms apply prospectively as permitted by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to a prior purchase.
