Who is responsible

Leonida Collection is the storefront name of a business based in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, United States. The legal seller name, full business mailing address, and privacy contact have not yet been supplied. These details must be added before customer orders or privacy requests are accepted.

This draft describes the current storefront and intended Shopify and Printful order flow. It must be reviewed against the final configuration, service-provider agreements, selling destinations, and applicable privacy laws before launch.

Information we handle

Browsing can generate technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, and diagnostic or security events through hosting and service providers. The shopping bag stores Shopify cart information in your browser to maintain the bag between visits.

If ordering is enabled, Shopify checkout will collect information needed for the purchase, such as your name, email, shipping and billing addresses, order details, and payment information. Payment credentials are processed through the checkout and payment providers; this storefront does not include a card-entry form.

If you contact us, we may receive your correspondence and information needed to respond. Please do not send full payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Why information is used

Information is used to operate the store, maintain shopping bags, process orders and payments, arrange fulfillment and delivery, respond to customers, detect fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Where relevant privacy law applies, the applicable legal basis may be performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests assessed against your rights, or consent where required. Marketing is not automatically authorized by placing an order.

Service providers & international transfers

Shopify and payment providers support checkout, payments, and order management. For fulfilled orders, Printful and delivery providers receive information needed to produce and deliver the goods, such as recipient contact details, delivery address, and ordered items. We do not need to send your full payment-card details to Printful.

Hosting and technical providers may process information for site operation and security. Providers may process information outside your country. Where legally required, appropriate transfer safeguards and agreements must be in place; these arrangements are part of the pre-launch review.

Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Shopify and Printful have their own privacy notices governing their respective processing.

Browser storage & cookies

The storefront currently uses browser storage for the shopping bag. This storage is separate from cookies and can be removed through your browser’s site-data settings, which may clear your saved bag.

Shopify checkout and hosting providers may use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, security, and site operation. We have not added an advertising pixel or marketing newsletter to this storefront. The final launch audit must verify all provider tracking. If non-essential tracking is added, required consent and opt-out controls must be implemented before it runs.

Retention & your rights

Information will be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes, including legal recordkeeping, disputes, and security. Final retention periods and deletion procedures must be documented before launch.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to processing of your information, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Requests may require proportionate identity verification. Applicable exemptions and legal retention obligations may apply.

A working privacy contact and any legally required request or opt-out mechanisms must be available before launch. You may also have a right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children, security & updates

The store is not directed to children. We do not intend to knowingly collect children’s information in violation of applicable law.

Reasonable safeguards must be used to protect information, but no website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the updated date and communicated where legally required.
